The warranty for your device is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
It covers all malfunctions occurring under normal use, in accordance with the uses and specifications found in the user manual. It does not apply to packaging or transport issues during the shipment of the product by its owner. It also does not include normal wear and tear of the product, nor maintenance or replacement of consumable parts.
If your device requires service at our repair centers, a qualified technician will diagnose it to determine the cause(s) of the malfunction. The repair will be carried out within one week, subject to the availability of the spare parts needed for the repair. You can bring your device to our premises at the address confirmed in the service agreement, or it can be shipped at our expense within 3 months of purchase, and at your expense beyond this period.
After the warranty repair service is completed, the device will be sent to the delivery address provided in the form. As part of this warranty repair service, the repair, parts and labor, as well as the return shipment of the device after service, are fully covered by the warranty.
