The guarantee of your device is of a duration of 2 years as from the date of purchase. It covers all the breakdowns occurring within the framework of a normal use, in conformity with the uses and specifications present on the user's manual. It does not apply to packaging or transportation problems during shipment of the product by the owner. It also does not include normal wear and tear of the product, nor maintenance or replacement of consumable parts.
If your device requires after-sales service in our repair shops a qualified technician will proceed to the diagnosis of it to determine the cause or causes of its malfunction. The repair will be carried out within 1 week, subject to the availability of spare parts necessary for the repair of the device. You can bring your device to our premises at the address that will be confirmed to you in the agreement of assumption of responsibility otherwise the sending will be done at our expense within 3 months after the purchase and at your expense beyond this period. After completing the warranty repair service, the device is sent to the delivery address provided in the form.
Within the framework of this warranty repair service, the repair, the parts and labor as well as the re-expedition of the device after intervention are fully covered by the warranty.
