Coloured water escapes and stains the fabric.
To avoid this, always empty the tank after each use.
Water flows out of the accessory.
The appliance has not yet reached its operating temperature. Wait until the indicator goes out.
If water flows out of the accessory at the beginning of its use, do not worry, this is normal and does not constitute a defect in the appliance.
Steam escapes from the anti-limescale plug.
The cap may be badly locked or the seal inside needs to be changed.
There is no steam.
If your appliance does not produce steam, please check the following points:
The water tank must contain water.
The appliance must have reached its operating temperature.
There are streaks when cleaning glass panes or smooth surfaces.
The squeegee may be dirty or worn.
Turn the squeegee over and put the rubber parts aside, then clean them and the accessory. Reassemble them on the other side. If the rubber parts are worn on both sides, change them.
The appliance does not work. The indicator does not light up.
This can happen if the product is faulty but it is always important to check that the cable, is correctly plugged into the wall socket and that the wall socket is functional.
Water overflows from the jet.
This is a normal phenomenon. Straighten the hose and spray the water until it is completely empty.
The jet is not hot.
Please check that the plug is properly connected, turn the appliance on, check the water level in the appliance.
The indicator light comes on, but the appliance does not generate steam.
The indicator light indicates that the appliance is ready for use. If the tank is empty or incorrectly positioned the appliance will not work and the indicator light will remain on.
The steam hose is hot during use, is this normal?
The water from the boiler flows through the hose to the iron. It is therefore normal for the hose to be hot.
My appliance makes less steam or the steam is discontinuous
If the appliance produces less steam or discontinuous steam, check the following points:
- Check the water level in the tank
- Check the position of the tank
- Check the position of the hose and its entirety
