  • How do I clean my device?

    Clean the motor and the chopper cover with a damp cloth only, do not immerse them in water. After using very salty food you should rinse the blades. 2. Be careful not to use too much cleaner. 3. The blades of the appliance are very sharp, use extreme care when handling them. 4. Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

  • The blender does not mix properly.

    When your hand blender is used for a long period of time without interruption, it may stop working properly.

    In this case, stop using the appliance and allow it to cool for 60 minutes.

  • Can I leave my hand blender on continuously?

    For safety reasons, your hand blender should not be used for more than 3 minutes without interruption.
    Therefore, it only works when you press the on/off button. It is not possible to fix the power button in the on position to prevent you from leaving the unit running for a long period of time.
