My SLH800 slush machine displays error code E3. How can I fix this?
Error code E3 indicates a blockage of the motor or rotor, or an issue with the Hall sensor. Check that your mixture is suitable: it should contain between 8% and 16% sugar and, for alcoholic preparations, between 6% and 15% alcohol. Do not use water alone. Switch off the appliance, then restart it with a suitable mixture. If error E3 appears again, contact our customer service team for an inspection.

My SLH800 slush machine is leaking. What should I check?
Check that the tank is correctly installed and that the locking lever is fully engaged. Remove the drip tray, reposition the tank, then fill it with water to identify the exact source of the leak. If the problem persists despite correct installation, contact our customer service team: the tank may have a sealing defect and may need to be replaced.
