To clean the bottom of your bowl, simply use white vinegar.
Fill the bowl to the level of the knives and add a few drops of washing-up liquid. Leave to act for 3 min at 60°C Speed 1 then wait for the mixture to cool.

For the most stubborn stains, we recommend rubbing with abrasive cream using a special stainless steel sponge.

To prevent food from sticking to the bowl, we advise you to choose food at room temperature, lower the T° and increase the speed and preparation time for the recipe that is causing the problem.

Take care not to fill the tank with ingredients beyond the MAX indication.

To disassemble the blades from the bowl, simply turn the appliance off. Install the blade guard and then place your hand in the bowl to grasp the semi-circle of the blade guard.
With your right hand, turn the butterfly nut counter-clockwise. Then remove the blades with your left hand.

Caution! The blades are very sharp. Do not touch the edge of the blades directly to avoid injury. Hold the upper part of the blades when replacing or moving them to avoid dropping them and causing an accident.

When using this appliance for the first time, there will be a slight odour from the engine, which is a normal phenomenon. After a while this odour will disappear.

The amount of food placed in the jar must not exceed 2l, otherwise the food could overflow and cause danger.

Here is some information on the use of the various accessories.
The spatula: for stirring food during preparation, heat-resistant and equipped with a safety disc, it is perfectly adapted to your appliance.
The blade guard: allows you to mix soft or liquid ingredients... Put the blade guard on the blades. To be used at a speed lower than 4.
The butterfly mixer : (to be used with the blade guard): mixes continuously, avoids overflowing hot milk and allows you to make different preparations (milk, butter or fruit sauce.). To be used at a speed lower than 4.
The steaming basket: it is designed to steam small quantities of food, to poach fragile foods that cannot be placed in the bowl (e.g. scallops, red mullet fillets...), to cook side dishes (rice, potatoes, cereals...) that will accompany your cooked food elsewhere.
Steam tray: it is the ally of light preparations and will help you to preserve vitamins, minerals and trace elements
