Motor block: - Only a damp cloth should be used to clean the exterior. Mixing bowl, mixing accessories : CAUTION: - Accessories must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. If subjected to heat or caustic cleaners, they may become deformed or discoloured. - Accessories that have been in contact with food can be cleaned with soapy water.

After 1 min 30 in speed 1 the robot will automatically switch to speed 2 when kneading the dough.

To knead dough, we recommend that you start at speed 1 and then gradually increase to speed 3.
