Regular cleaning is essential for your ice machine for health reasons. Mould and bacteria can form if you do not clean the machine.

- You must disconnect the power supply to the machine.
- Remove the ice cube tray and wash it with a mixture of dishwashing liquid and hot water.
- Rinse well and dry.
- Clean the water filter in the bottom of the tub.
- Remove the drain plug at the back of the machine, excess water will drain out.
- To completely empty the machine, tilt it slightly (never exceed 45° inclination) backwards.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the inside and outside of the machine.
- Do not use detergents or abrasive products.
- Rinse several times with potable water to remove any dust or soap residue.
- Dry with a dry cloth.
- Replace the ice cube tray
- Replace the drain plug.

Then simply press the TIMER button for 5 seconds to confirm the operation and restart the machine cleaning alarm.

Clear the air outlet and clean the rack well, add water at room temperature, place the appliance in a lower temperature environment.

If the warning light comes on, check the water level in the machine and clean the water filter at the bottom of the tank.

The ice cube basket must be full in this case you just need to empty it to be able to use the appliance again.

In the majority of cases, a lack of water when filling the tank solves the problem.

If the tray is incorrectly placed, we recommend that you readjust it to allow the appliance to continue its cycle.

The ice cube tray is full or the room temperature is too low. We recommend emptying the tray and placing the appliance in a warmer environment (above 5°C).

Before using the icemaker for the first time, it is crucial to follow certain steps to ensure optimal operation. Please wait 2 hours after setting up the machine before switching it on. During this time, do not close the transparent cover. This will allow the machine to acclimatize to the ambient temperature and ensure a smooth start-up.

Operate your ice maker at an ambient temperature below 32°C and fill it with colder water.
