Defrosting your refrigerator
Defrost the appliance when the ice has accumulated on the ice tray to a thickness of 5 mm. Set the thermostat to "OFF" and remove frozen or perishable food. Defrosting takes a few hours. Once finished, set the thermostat to the desired position. To defrost quickly, remove the entire contents of the refrigerator and leave the door wide open.
Never use a knife or metal object to scrape off the frost that has accumulated on the tray.Did the answer solve your problem?
