How to clean my kettle?
After some use, a thin layer of limescale may form in the depths and inside cavity of your kettle. It is then advisable to descale the kettle.
To do so, fill the kettle to the maximum level with a mixture of water and white vinegar with 2 parts water to 1 part vinegar.
Then boil the mixture at 100 °C and leave it to stand overnight.
The next morning, drain the water and boil fresh water several times at 100 °C until the vinegar taste disappears completely.Did the answer solve your problem?

White stains appear in the depths of my kettle, is this normal?
The amount of limescale formed depends on your water hardness. The higher the water hardness, the faster the limescale build-up on the heating elements will occur. These deposits can be of different colors. These deposits are not harmful to your health, but they can eventually decrease your device's efficiency. In such cases, we recommend regular descaling.
