Rinse your machine daily, run a cup of coffee... but without coffee. A daily rinse of your coffee machine cleans the circuit and heats up the machine.

troubleshooting
If your coffeemaker doesn't reach its advertised maximum pressure, which is often 20 bar, there's no need to worry. The maximum pressure value quoted by the manufacturer corresponds to the maximum power the appliance can develop, and not to the pressure constantly applied for all preparations. In reality, the pressure applied varies according to the beverage you want to make, the settings you've chosen, the coffee grind and so on. It is therefore normal for the machine not to use its maximum pressure under certain conditions.

use
Our espresso machine can reach up to 15 bars. Depending on the quality of the coffee, the size of the beans and the quantity used in the percolator the power changes.
The power in bar is therefore likely to vary according to these parameters. To enjoy a good coffee, the pressure should be between 5 and 12 bars.

"If the coffee is too cold when you drink it, there are several reasons.
Espresso coffee is ready to drink and is therefore served at a lower temperature than filter coffee.
To prevent the coffee from cooling down too quickly, it is advisable to preheat the cups by simply pouring boiling water into the cups just before brewing the coffee.
This can also be done with the filter holder."
