If the oven does not work
1. Check that the unit is connected correctly. If not, disconnect the cable, wait 10 seconds and then carefully reconnect it.
2. Check for a blown fuse or circuit breaker. If everything is normal, check the outlet with another device.
3. Check that the control panel is programmed correctly and that the timer is set correctly.
4. Check that the door is closed and that the locking system is in place. Otherwise, there will be no microwave radiation in the oven.Did the answer solve your problem?

My microwave is sparking.
All microwaves have an element called the MICA plate. It is a small cardboard or plastic plate, usually located at the top or right side of the cavity of your appliance. This plate is used to distribute electromagnetic waves inside the microwave oven but also to protect the internal elements of the appliance. If the MICA plate of your microwave has food residue on it, it may spark. It is advisable to gently clean this element with a damp sponge slightly soaked in soapy water. Leave the microwave door open to dry. If sparking persists even after cleaning the MICA plate, you should check it for damage. Cracks, holes or burns can cause persistent sparking. It is therefore recommended to change the MICA plate. You can order the compatible spare part
