Tips for selection and preparation
Choose fruits that are very ripe. Wash them to remove dust and dirt. There are several ways to dry the fruits ; simply do it according to your preference.
You can slice or halve the fruits - they can also be left whole if they are small; however, in this case they will take longer to dry. Cut the fruits into identical slices, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Fruits that remain whole (such as blueberries, cranberries and grapes) should be immersed in boiling water for 30-60 seconds and then in ice water to crack the skin; this will reduce the drying time.Did the answer solve your problem?
