  • How to clean the griddle?

"Heating the griddle after each use (for about 15 minutes) will remove excess food residue.

For exterior surfaces: Use a solution of mild detergent or baking soda and hot water. Non-abrasive degreasing powder can be used on stubborn stains, then rinse with water.

For the inside of the griddle base: Remove residue with a brush, scraper and/or cleaning pad, then wash with soapy water.
Rinse with water and allow to dry completely.

For plastic surfaces: Wash with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Rinse with water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, degreasers or concentrated griddle cleaners on plastic parts.

For the griddle: Use soapy water. Non-abrasive degreasing powder can be used on stubborn stains, then rinse with water.

For the grease container: Please do not open the grease container during use.
Please check the grease container in time and remove the oil when it is 1/3 full.
Method: After the container has cooled down, lift it up horizontally and move it with the inverted hook horizontally.

To clean the burners: Close the gas cylinder valve and disconnect the gas cylinder.
Remove the hob when it has cooled down. Clean the burners with a soft brush or compressed air and wipe with a cloth.
Clean clogged holes with a pipe cleaner or a wire (e.g. an unfolded paper clip). Check the burner for damage (cracks or holes). If damaged, replace it with a new burner. Reinstall the burner and ensure that the gas valve ports are correctly positioned and secured inside the burner inlet (venturi). In some cases, your griddle will backfire due to an insect crawling inside the venturi burner or a spider making its web inside the burner. This
This can be corrected by swabbing the entire length of the venturi burner. If the problem persists, consult your gas supplier.
