For easy cleaning we recommend that you clean the blender immediately after use.
Fill your blender with water halfway up with lukewarm water and add a drop of dish soap, activate the blender and increase the power for 10s. Then rinse the bowl with clear water and repeat the operation as many times as necessary. Finally, do not forget to clean the top of the bowl and the lid with a damp sponge.

In the vast majority of models, the base can be unscrewed, the knife assembly can be dismantled and you can clean all the elements independently (water + dishwashing product).
On some blender models, the knives do not come apart, so we advise you to fill the glass bowl with hot soapy water and run it for 30 seconds. Remove the glass bowl from the base, empty the contents of the glass bowl and rinse the bowl and its lid.
Do not allow the elements to soak. Wipe them dry after washing. Be sure to wipe your stainless steel parts thoroughly to avoid oxidation marks.

Carrot juice colours plastics: it is advisable to use a paper towel soaked in vegetable oil to reduce this colouring.

First set the control to ?0? and unplug the appliance. You can then clean the blending jar with water. Do not use chemical cleaning agents or other liquids.

Clean the motor base using a dry cloth only. Never use a wet cloth and never immerse the motor base in water.

There may be a burning smell when first used.
This is probably a "new smell" and will diminish as you use your product more often.

Also, make sure you don't run the unit for longer than the time specified in the operating instructions (1 min continuously).

When your hand blender is used for a long period of time without interruption, it may stop working properly.

Check that the blending jar is correctly installed. The safety system prevents operation if the jar is not in position. Install the jar correctly, return the knob to ?0?, then restart the appliance.

Reduce the amount of food in the blending jar and allow the motor to cool for approximately 30 minutes. You can then use the appliance again.

Switch off and unplug the appliance. Remove any very hard food or pieces that are too large and blocking the blades, then restart the appliance.

Stop using the appliance immediately and have it checked by the after-sales service. Do not attempt to repair the blender yourself.

Caution, the blender is not designed to pour hot liquids (over 50 °C).

The glass blending jar has a maximum capacity of 1.5 L. Never exceed the maximum level mark indicated on the jar.

Set the knob to ?1? or ?2? to select the speed. To use the Pulse function at maximum speed, turn the knob to ?P? and hold it in this position.

Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 2 minutes.

No. Never operate the blender with an empty jar or without liquid. The manual recommends 2 parts soft fruit to 3 parts water.

Make sure the jar is correctly installed on the base, the lid is in place and the jar is not filled above the maximum level. Keep your hands and utensils out of the jar while the blender is operating.
