How to clean my kettle?
After some use, a thin layer of limescale may form in the depths and inside cavity of your kettle. It is then advisable to descale the kettle.
To do so, fill the kettle to the maximum level with a mixture of water and white vinegar with 2 parts water to 1 part vinegar.
Then boil the mixture at 100 °C and leave it to stand overnight.
The next morning, drain the water and boil fresh water several times at 100 °C until the vinegar taste disappears completely.Did the answer solve your problem?

White or brown marks appear inside my kettle. Is this normal?
The formation of deposits inside the kettle depends on the hardness of the water used.
The harder the water, the faster mineral deposits can form on the inner walls, base and spout area.
These deposits may appear white or brown depending on the mineral composition of the water.
They are not harmful to health, but if not removed, they may reduce the performance of the appliance over time.
We recommend performing regular descaling.
Recommended methods:
White vinegar:
Fill the kettle with 0.5 L of white vinegar, leave for 1 hour, then empty and rinse thoroughly 4?5 times.
Citric acid:
Mix 0.5 L of water with 25 g of citric acid, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
After each use, we recommend emptying and drying the inside of the kettle to limit reappearance.Did the answer solve your problem?

How do I clean traces of tea from the bottom of the kettle?
Tea does tend to leave traces of theine.
What we recommend is to rinse it well with clear hot water after each use and dry it well inside and out.
A little tip: it is best not to leave water or tea in your teapot for too long to avoid stains and halos.
However, it may happen, so you can use natural products such as white vinegar, lemon juice or baking soda.
We also advise you to use the particularly effective silver stone.Did the answer solve your problem?
